Use of instant.tw is provided as-is. Tools are for general informational and productivity use. None of the calculators, trackers, or guides on instant.tw constitute medical, legal, tax, financial, or professional advice.

Acceptable use

Don't scrape, abuse, reverse engineer private endpoints, bypass rate limits, share paid access, upload unlawful content, or attempt to overload the service. Don't use the tools to violate any law or another person's rights.

Paid plans

Paid subscriptions can be cancelled from your account page through Stripe Customer Portal. You keep paid access until the end of the current billing period unless the subscription fails, is refunded, or is cancelled for abuse. Refunds are available within 14 days of initial purchase.

API use

API plans include monthly quotas and per-minute limits. API keys are your responsibility; revoke exposed keys immediately from your account. We may suspend API access for abuse, security risk, excessive failed requests, or payment failure.

eSign tools

Signature tools help place signatures, route PDFs, and track signing status. instant.tw is not a law firm and does not guarantee that a document, signature, audit trail, or workflow will be legally enforceable in every jurisdiction or use case. You are responsible for the documents you send and the consent of recipients.

Server conversions

Some Pro tools process files on our server to complete conversions that cannot reliably run in the browser. You must have the right to upload and process those files.

Liability

instant.tw is not liable for any damages arising from use of the tools.
